Need-Based Financial Aid & Scholarships

Our goal is to make a Sion education available to talented students from all economic backgrounds. At Notre Dame de Sion, we admit students based on their ability to succeed, not their families’ ability to pay. Sion offers various forms of financial assistance to help make the school affordable. This includes need-based assistance and scholarships. Due to student-teacher ratios, we are not able to offer financial aid for Petite classes. The maximum award for Montessori students is 15% of tuition.

Financial Aid Application Details

We partner with Ravenna Solutions in our financial aid process. To be considered for financial aid, families must submit a financial aid application and supporting documentation through the Ravenna Solutions website. Final decisions are determined by members of the Sion Financial Aid Committee.

The financial aid application is a comprehensive application that will take some time to complete. Give yourself the time you need by not waiting until our deadline approaches. You’ll need your most recent tax return before beginning the application. We also recommend reviewing Ravenna Solutions resources to help families with the financial aid process. They are found at http://www.solutionsbysss.com/parents.

To make our decision, we use the information from the application as a starting point and consider our school policies, practices, and available budget.
