Internal Impacts: Vive Cafe

In Sion’s Internal Internships class,  students learn what it takes to manage, market, and operate a small business. Through Vive Cafe, Sion’s very own coffee shop, students will develop an entrepreneurial mindset - putting their critical thinking and problem solving to work. By connecting with local businesses and entrepreneurs, such as Parisi Coffee and Billie’s Grocery, learners engage with different types of innovative entrepreneurial concepts including design thinking, rapid prototyping, and team-building. Students are challenged to identify and develop their personal professional strengths along with their innovative spirits.
