New Science Wing
The $4.1M science wing is the first of a multi-phased comprehensive campaign partnering with Turner Construction and Gould Evans. In the last 18 months, Sion has made great strides in elevating our academic approach, including forward-thinking experiential learning. The impetus for the renovation is to match our school environment to the quality and innovation of our academic programming. The new science wing will be operational for the start of the 22-23 school year. We focused these plans on feedback we gathered directly from students, which was centered on community-building. These new spaces are designed to connect to nature, light and outdoors, elevate STEM participation and create gathering and social spaces that match the strong sense of community at Sion.

STEAM Summer Internship and Construction Progress
Sion believes that moments of significant learning are achieved through experiences that allow students to connect to the real world, assert their independence, embrace ambiguity, and change their perception of the world. This is a perfect example of experiential learning in action! Eight High School students were selected to work with Notre Dame de Sion High School and Turner Construction Company on a STEAM and Marketing Summer Internship.
