Financial Policy

Upon acceptance and receipt of each non-refundable enrollment deposit, the obligation to pay tuition and fees for the full academic year to Notre Dame de Sion Schools of Kansas City is unconditional and after May 1, 2018, no portion of the tuition and/or fees paid or payments received will be refunded or cancelled. On or after May 1, 2018, the obligation to pay the tuition and fees for the full academic year becomes unconditional fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of enrollment deposit, and no portion of tuition and/or fees paid or payments received will be refunded or cancelled. In the case of unexpected illness or special circumstances, arrangements may be available with the approval of the President and the Associate Head of Finance and Operations.

All tuition and fee payments must be received through Smart Tuition and families can select from a variety of payment plans to meet their needs. For convenience, payments may be made through direct withdrawal from a checking or savings account, by credit
or debit card (additional fees apply), or by mail. Late or failed payments are assessed an additional charge.

Grade cards and/or transcripts will not be released for students of families with tuition and/or fees 60 days past due. Families will not be able to view or print grade cards or transcripts using the On Campus system.

Re-enrollment for the next academic year requires the student's tuition payments to be current, or an approved payment plan to be in place. Admission to classes for each fall semester requires all tuition and fees to have been paid for the prior academic year.
