Application Process

Admissions Checklist for Incoming Freshman - Class of 2013

  • Schedule a "shadow visit" where your daughter will spend a day on campus with a freshman hostess. It is a great way to get to know us.
  • Join us for Open House on Sunday, November 9th. Tour the facility and ask questions of our students, faculty and administration. The school will be open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  • Reserve a spot for your daughter for the high school placement test on January 10, 2009.
  • Complete a transcript request form and bring it to your child's current school. Transcripts must include grades and standardized test scores.
  • Distribute teacher recommendation forms to your daughters' school.
  • Come to an "Informational Evening" at the home of a current parent.

Transfer students at the sophomore and junior levels are not required to take a placement test. A copy of the student’s complete transcript including standardized test scores plus two letters of teacher recommendation is required. The Principal finalizes the admissions process upon the review of all requested student information. Please contact the Admissions Office for more information.

Week of November 16, 2008 Confirmation of placement test reservation and letter of recommendation forms mailed out.

8:00 am - 12 noon

High School Placement Test.  Call the Admissions Office to reserve a place at 816-942-3282 ext. 1119.
Week of January 26, 2009 Scores returned, letters sent out.  Applications offered to qualified students with completed files.
Week of January 26, 2009 Interview sign-ups.
January 31, February 2, & 3, 2009 Interviews and application receipt deadline.
February 26, 2009 Freshman scheduling for classes.
